seamlessly capture channel claims …

Claims Entry is often an integral part of a channel incentive program; it is most frequently used to validate that a program member has earned points in the program.  Vanson offers several proven methods of entering claims, including an online claims entry form as well as file exchanges.  Vanson also offers the capability for program admins to review, validate, approve, and/or reject claims, in addition to claims reporting.

Channel incentive program participants, such as dealers or dealer salespeople, can submit claims by uploading invoices using Vanson’s claim entry process.  Typically participants use the program website (or mobile site) to enter an invoice number and invoice date, as well as other relevant information, then upload up to 25 invoices in a single transaction.   Participants may also fax, email, or mail invoices.  Claims are marked ‘pending’ prior to program admin review, and are then either approved or rejected.   Vanson can also introduce validation automation by comparing submitted claims against actual sales.

For some clients, Vanson manages claim validation using data file exchanges, in which distributors or other channel partners send sales data files directly to Vanson.

Vanson supports both the invoice upload and data file exchange processes with robust reporting that provides client admins with up-to-date information on claim status and points awarded.
