Vanson’s privacy policy is designed to protect the privacy of visitors to our website (“Site”) and to clearly communicate how we may use information provided by site visitors and other persons in our marketing and communications efforts.

Vanson does not share any information you provide with any third-parties, except as necessary to execute Vanson’s own marketing communications.   Vanson may use your personal information to follow up on an inquiry you have made to us, or for other Vanson marketing communications purposes.   Vanson may share your personal information with suppliers or sub-contractors who are performing work for Vanson marketing-related purposes.  Vanson may use your personal information to identify you when you access our Site.  Vanson may use your personal information in connection with any business transaction you may have with us.   Vanson may share your personal information to enforce a contract, for legal or regulatory reasons, or to protect the rights, property or safety of any person.

Vanson will take all reasonable and appropriate steps to keep secure any personal information we may have about you.  We maintain appropriate safeguards to maintain the security of personal information, and require that our employees and service providers comply with such security requirements and respect the confidentiality of personal information.   That said, given that no security system is infallible, Vanson cannot represent that your personal information will remain secure in all possible circumstances.

Vanson recognize and embraces rights that you have to your personal information.  Such rights include, but are not limited to, the right to opt-out of Vanson marketing communications; the right to access and view any of your personal information; the right to make modifications to your personal information if you believe it to be inaccurate or dated;  the right to restrict our use of your personal information; and the right to be forgotten, which means that Vanson would erase any and all personal information we have about you.
