Participants can contact Vanson in multiple ways, including using the website’s ‘Contact Us’ function, by email, or by calling a dedicated 800 number.  Customer support may cover a range of issue resolution, including credentials management (password resets, log-in issues); profile changes; membership status inquiries; and site functionality (such as navigation).  Issues may also related to program questions, missing points, reward fulfillment questions, or just general program feedback & recommendations.
